Andy Lennox, Founder of long standing client Koh Thai Tapas came to us with a unique idea for a dining concept that we just couldn’t pass up – bringing the new food frontier of Southern Africa to Ashley Cross in Poole.
Featuring a ‘proper’ wood-fired Braai at its heart the Steve-powered Zim kitchen will bring traditional southern African food including grilled meat and fish, cracking ‘potjie’ (stews) and soups with culinary twists you won’t find this side of the world. Bunny chow anyone?
The Solution
Working closely with Andrew, we created a brand with a balance between western trends and African flavour, incorporating a subtle colour palette which flowed over all comms from the very first exterior plans, right through to brand guides, menus, website and digital assets. We also delivered a brand toolkit and customised traditional pattern set to take the brand forwards.
Laucnhed on the 6th Dec to huge success, we continue to help grow the Zim following with seasonal and ad-hoc campaign collateral that really sizzles.
